Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AIMetaCleaner, including our website, browser-based metadata remover, account features, credit purchases, documentation, support, and related services. By accessing or using AIMetaCleaner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you use AIMetaCleaner on behalf of a company, agency, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AIMetaCleaner provides tools for inspecting, editing, removing, and exporting metadata from supported files, with a focus on browser-local privacy workflows, video metadata cleanup, and creative file preparation. Features may include metadata inspection, metadata removal, direct video export, watermarking, cropping, captions, audio replacement, content editing controls, credit-based usage, and optional cloud processing if introduced later.

The service is a utility tool. AIMetaCleaner does not guarantee platform approval, ad account safety, legal compliance, campaign performance, copyright clearance, anonymity, or removal of every possible forensic signal from every file type.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members, contractors, or anyone using your credentials.

You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, billing misuse, credit misuse, or security issues affecting your account.

You retain ownership of files, metadata, outputs, and other content you submit, process, or export through AIMetaCleaner. You grant AIMetaCleaner only the limited rights necessary to provide the service, such as processing files locally in your browser or, where optional cloud features are enabled, temporarily storing and processing files according to disclosed feature settings.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and legal authority required to upload, modify, process, export, download, or share the content you use with AIMetaCleaner.

AIMetaCleaner may sell one-time credit packs for metadata remover actions, video metadata workflows, file exports, or related product usage. Displayed pricing, credit amounts, taxes, included features, and usage rules should be shown before purchase.

Credits are not bank deposits, stored-value money, gift cards, or legal currency. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the product unless expressly allowed, and may be subject to usage limits, fraud controls, technical limits, or expiration rules stated at checkout or in the product.

You may not use AIMetaCleaner to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, process illegal or harmful content, bypass platform rules, misrepresent ownership, conduct surveillance, distribute malware, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted systems, scrape the service, resell access without authorization, or interfere with other users.

You may not use AIMetaCleaner to remove or alter metadata for the purpose of fraud, deception, evidence tampering, harassment, evading lawful obligations, or misleading another person about the origin or authenticity of a file.

Our Privacy Notice explains how AIMetaCleaner handles account data, local file processing, analytics, billing records, retention, deletion, and user privacy rights. By using AIMetaCleaner, you acknowledge that the standard browser workflow is designed to process files locally where technically possible.

If optional cloud processing, storage, team review, or batch jobs are introduced, those workflows may involve uploading files to service infrastructure. The product should identify those behaviors before you use the feature.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy shown on our website and by any specific checkout terms presented at the time of purchase. If there is a conflict between the checkout terms and the general Refund Policy, the checkout terms control for that purchase unless prohibited by law.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Refunds may be denied for consumed credits, abuse, fraud, excessive usage, custom services, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or replace any feature at any time, including beta features, demo features, integrations, supported file types, credit rules, storage limits, or processing options. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Some processing depends on browser capability, device performance, file size, third-party libraries, network conditions, and platform restrictions.

AIMetaCleaner, including its software, interface, documentation, branding, design, workflows, and service content, is owned by AIMetaCleaner or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of AIMetaCleaner technology.

You may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas. We may use feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not claim ownership of your underlying file content.

AIMetaCleaner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, absolute security, and error-free results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMetaCleaner and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, campaign loss, account suspension, business interruption, or reputational harm.
